Apart from the sick bit, its lovely!!
I guess its a bit like Marmite (a stronger, saltier, fishier Marmite), and I'm one of the lovers, just if you get some, really really don't use too much, like.... tiny tiny bits.
I'll probably have some tonight as well so I'll take a pic of how much to use.
