German Bundesliga Pre-Season Thread

I figured we have a thread for the Prem, so why not have one for the Bundesliga?

I'm a Borussia Mönchengladbach fan, and I'm predicting a strong season this time around. Lucien Favre really helped turn the club around and avoid relegation last season, so I'm thinking with him at the helm from the beginning, things will look a lot better than they did last year.

Allegiances/thoughts/predictions?

I don't get to watch many Bundesliga games, but I've always enjoyed watching Bayern Munich. Why? Lahm and Schweinsteiger are two of my favorite players.

He might not play for Bayern Munich anymore, but this song still rocks: ‪Sportfreunde Stiller - Ich, Roque‬‏ - YouTube

I used to be a fanatic supporter of Borussia Mönchengladbach when I was a kid.
Although I haven't been following the Bundesliga for years, I still kind of like it when they win.

My prediction would be: Gladbach (as German fans say) could do quite well this season, hopefully no relegation drama again.
Bayer München will be one of the top 3 teams at the end (as always).
Other than that.....no idea.
As long as Munich are not no 1, things are fine.

As long as Koln/Cologne are not no 1, things are fine.
Fixed it

Favre has been superb in the Bundesliga, turning around both Hertha and Gladbach. Wotta manager...
