Getting Ideas for a gokart.

My Idea: Buy a 200cc quad engin, mount it on a gokart frame, hook up a chain to the whole back wheel assembly, hook up the throttle to a gas pedal, put in some nice brakes, cut a boat seat off and fit that to the frame, get the stearing wheel set up to the front, and finally buy some sweet glasses to ride in. Looks good and simple on paper, but its not going to be simple . I want to try.

What scares me is a 250cc quad engine with virtually no weight holding it back.

That is nothing. Check out the guys on youtube that put a 1300cc hayabusa engine into a gocart.

I wanted to do something similar invovling a chainsaw engine and a bike, but things fell apart.
