You can drink eau d'érable by itself and it isn't too strong. Better to take a glass of it just when it started boiling, that's when you can add a bit of rum

I like whiskey in the winter. And red wine. | The color is darker if the quality is lower. Maple water already has the amber tint, only it is subtle. Boiling removes water and makes it more opaque.
