In the upper right corner there is a clicky called "settings" you can set your signature in that, under general. As for pics, I have all the same choices in my Gmail that I have on this forum. They are , functionally the same. I've been using gmail here at work for over 5 years and it's been flawless.

what i'm trying to insert is a logo...i just got my personal trainer certification and i'm trying to get it to where the cooper institute logo is at the bottom of the email so it looks a little more professional when i inquire/correspond with potential employers/clients.

Ok, so when you're on the gmail page. In the upper right corner there is going to be a gear. When you hover over it, it should say options. Click into there.

You should be on a page that says "settings" in bold with several tabs below that. The first tab is what we are interested in.

If you scroll down you will see "signature". It's default is off. If you turn it on, you can add text and/or a picture/logo. This will appear on every e-mail you send if enabled.

There is also a "picture" option. This is for an avatar. It's used on Google Chat only as far as I can tell.

Make sure to scroll to the bottom and click save changes.

That should be it.
