AB is actually PAID to haul canola, sorgum, wheat hulls and other "leftovers" then it's used for brewing. Basically if ANY sugar can be squeezed from it, it's used. Then it's force carbonated using Co2 and sold to the masses. Kind of like the sausage factory of brewing  Just take a close look at Michelob Ultra and honestly tell me that's beer??

Just noting that it sells well to the (du)m(b)asses.
If you compare American domestics to something like Sierra Nevada (just the first micro that came to mind), they cost about twice as much, but have a much higher ingredient cost....because they use REAL ingredients! Compared to Bud Light, the profit margin simply isn't as great. |

Taste aside, the buzz is better and you don't wake up with a hangover or Bud Mud in the morning  |
