Hi.

Didn't click the link as for some reason my Firefox likes to crash if I do. I do however kinda know what the article is about.

Never, never, ever jump into lake if you don't know what's in there.
Even if you do know, still don't jump.

Finland is filled with paralyzed males just because of that. Females aren't that stupid it seems.

Of course, thanks to the ice-age, our lakes and archipelago does have very rocky bottoms and shores, so hitting a rock is often more likely than not hitting one.

Regards
Sam

The closest lake to me consists of Niagara Falls, and it's not a lake. It also has a whirlpool.

I'll probably refrain from jumping in that.

Here is a quote from the first two paragraphs in the article....

INVERNESS, Scotland -- Thomas Levet's exuberant celebration after winning his home tournament in France last weekend has cost him a place in the British Open.

Thomas Levet, foreground, is out of the British Open thanks to the shin fracture resulting from his French Open victory leap. Levet withdrew Wednesday from the year's third major after being ruled out for six weeks with a broken shin. He broke the bone jumping into a lake to celebrate his victory at the French Open on Sunday.

Hi.

Thanks Mike.

He was clever (sober?) enough to jump feet first though. At worst, one will be only paralyzed waist down.

We tend to go head first...
