I had to root for Yang in the last round of the PGA championship. You've gotta love the happy-go-lucky underdog that comes out of nowhere and faces down the giant. Also my son is from South Korea so that adds something too.
Congrats to Yang and I hope that he goes on to win many more.
For those who missed it:
- 1st Asian-born person to ever win a major
- 1st person ever to beat Tiger in a major after Tiger starts the final round in the lead.
bc

Why didn't Tiger let Yang putt last?

What do you mean "should"? Nobody is entitled to win, not even when you're the clearly the best in your sport.
If all sports were played out on paper, they wouldn't be nearly as fun.

Anyone remember Rich Beem? Yeah, see? I didn't think so.

That 3 wood wood he hit on 18 was incredible.

-Mike | I can't stand watching predictable games. It's so much more fun when you never know what's going to happen. If you knew who was going to win, then it wouldn't be a sport.
And no, I don't remember Rich Beem, because I've gotten into golf only in the past two years.
