I'll be in Nashville for a concert on the 24th and will stay the next couple of days. Any can't miss things to do in Nashville?

For frame of reference, I like food, doing things, relaxing, and seeing things.

Tootsie's is an institution, and always has pretty decent music and really hot bartenders. Mulligan's is an irish pub with sorta expensive drinks but killer irish bands.

The Wildhorse Saloon has amazing pulled pork and a huge dance floor.

Really, just start at 2nd avenue and walk around. There's usually a band on every corner and in every bar, and it's all pretty fun.

Also, don't miss this-http://www.theprintersalley.com/

+1 on Lower Broadway and Printers Alley.

Go see the Time Jumpers at the Station Inn

Bobby's Idle Hour on Music Row.

Corner Music

And if you're willing to take a short road trip go the the Jack Daniels distillery.

Printer's Alley is known as a bit of a rough spot, unless its really morphed the last few years or so.

Play is a really clean club (although it is mostly gay). Tootsies is worth checking out as is The Wildhorse. If you are willing to travel a half hour, there is really good food in Clarksville (The Blackhorse Brewery). If you are into thin crust pizza, I would recommend the Sir Pizza in Bellevue. You can go to the Bass Pro Shop, but the mall has been closed since the flood.

If the weather is good, Broadway/2nd avenue/the riverfront area is nice. Live bands in every resaurant and bar, and music to cater to most tastes.

What are you looking to do exactly?

Basically wander around and see some of the classics. JD Brewery might be worth a ticket.

Definitely want to eat and drink local because I'm not into traveling 7 hours to eat at a TGIFridays.

Have to try Tootsies.
