My brother runs XP on his Macbook purely for gaming.

Quite a limited selection if you ask me. If you're at all into FPS games Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is awesome.

Those are all highly recommended in my book. Ignore the haters...

"Oops, we decided to corrupt your hard drive and everything important on it!"
"How many random errors can you get while trying to burn a CD?"
"Spyware has invaded your computer! You'll never be alone again!"
"Your computer has randomly restarted, just to keep things exciting for you!"

WoW runs just fine on PPC, as do the Mac versions of Halo, The Sims 2, etc. |

Otherwise, Spore is cool but short (and a little system-intensive it seems), World of Goo is amazing, Call of Duty rocks if you're into FPS games. Blizzard released almost every game for Mac, and Starcraft and Diablo are still pretty cool games.
You can also download DosBox and play some good ol' Dos titles

| Yeah you need to be running 10.5.5 for Spore. (which I have its an okay game, the first stage is really fun...but the 3rd stage is just a really lame RTS and I haven't gotten past that yet)
If you want to sell your soul to the devil I believe World of Warcraft runs on the old macs...as well as all the other less addicting blizzard classics like Warcraft 3, Daiblo and Starcraft. |

If you bought it new with leopard on it, you definitely have an Intel Mac. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
