My only guess is that it as to do w/ your browser and/or settings. For instance, I'm not getting it on this computer but I know I get it on my netbook at home. I've not seen it yet on my iPhone (use the Google app or the google search box at the top), but have noticed it in the past on my MacBook Pro.

bc | Well, that's what my issue is with the new set up. The old one was perfectly fine. You had your results, and that was it. Not this silly search bar which just compresses the page and makes everything look cluttered. As someone said before, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I might get used to it, but I won't like it.
