It's that smell when you touch some metal that isn't in pristine condition. I applied a liberal coating of GHS Fast Fret to the strings and frets and wiped it off with a soft cloth. Took care of most of it. I may have to get some fretboard cleaner and/or soak the strings in de-natured alcohol.

Just google map wherever you are to somewhere in Hawaii (unless you live in Hawaii, then come to North America).

Wonder why I'd be suggested an alternative which returns fewer results

The Googles "suggested" spelling is pretty useless and usually makes searching really hard.
It's like they've taken a few hundred most common English words and assume that everyone in the whole world uses just those ones.
Drives me nuts sometimes, but there ain't no feasible alrternatives out there?
Regards

Sam | What's bizarre is that my name isn't even an English word. How can they decide that it's more appropriate to search one meaningless (meaningless in the context of English) word instead of another, the latter having been the original term a user has searched for?

In fact, using the dictionary can actually be counter-productive.
