So I just figured out how to filter "Kardashian" completely out of my Google News feed. One of the better tricks I've learned all year.

The - operator is still there, but instead of the + I have to enter the required search term in double quotes. Not a big change, but an annoying one, nonetheless.

| I'm really unhappy about how Google Instant automatically searches for something that I did not input, and how turning it off doesn't seem to work.
What operators are there other than -? I'm never able to get what I'm searching for in Google, I just get every website that contains the words I searched, and not the actual phrase....then when I put the search terms in quotes it just says "no results found".....

They are annoying and come off as shallow, but I admire their hustle.

Agreed, few people made so much from so little to offer and that's why I corrected myself. But regardless how brilliant their business plan is, that brilliance will still never offset just how staggeringly vile those people are.
