Critical Reading 700 95% of national percentile
Math 660 88% of national percentile
Writing 670 93% of national percentile
Multiple Choice 69 (score range: 20-80)
Essay 8 (score range: 2-12)
that gives me a total of 2030 out of 2400.
Not too bad for refraining from any preparatory classes, workbooks, or study sheets.
I'll probably take it again, I'd like to get at least a 2200.
then I have to take the SAT2 subject test... joy...

| | I'm a tumbler, born under punches | | Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Northern California | | | I didn't take a course, but I got some good mileage out of the Princeton Review's test book. I actually found it much more helpful for the verbal section than the math, but for me the biggest aid was understanding the statistics and scoring so I knew when the odds were in my favor to guess rather than leave it blank.
Of course, my junior year was 1994 and the test was changed significantly after I'd taken it in the fall and then it was changed again a few years ago, so I really have no idea how helpful it would be these days. But I imagine just having the practice exams is still a big help. I know it was for me. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
