I'm currently reading a book with a character whose name is Alvaro Gomez. He does get shot though...

I'm glad I stuck around to finish it. I caught the gist of what was going on and was about to close it, but once I gave the movie a chance I quite enjoyed it.

It's a fictional book, this Alvaro Gomez is a violinist/ diamond smuggler. I just thought it was a funny coincidence that there's an actual person with the same name as a fictional character.
