Greatest Food Inventions

After reading a recent post about the "vile" Durian fruit, I decided to star a thread about what the greatest food inventions out there.

In my mind the top two would have to be..

Lawrys Seasoned Salt

And

Ketchup.

What do y'all think?

Anything tomato based, ketchup, tomato chutney et al, I lap that stuff up and Worcestershire sauce for it's taste and versatility, amoungst a few other things.
