Green Costumes (help me help a friend)

So I have this buddy who entered a contest in which all the costumes are, in some sense, green. And by that I mean eco-friendly. I'm asking for your help (votes/clicks) to help him win this thing. His costume is Cul-de-sac Man. He's there, in costume, about a quarter down the page.

I got as far as the part where Ricky shaved Randy's hair and then tried to draw it back on with a sharpie. Then I had to do stuff. Kind of want to wait until I can get it on DVD.
