I don't know how Gruden will be but I'm glad to see Kornheiser go. I like him on PTI, but I don't think he ever belonged in the booth.

I'm glad to see they got another real football guy in there though. I don't want a "voice of the fan" or an "entertainer" in the booth. I like hearing more of Jaws doing real football breakdowns and hopefully Gruden will mean more of that.

I'm hoping for the best with Gruden, and I, too, have had enough of the clowns like Kornheiser and Dennis Miller. The broadcast booth of any professional sporting event isn't the place for a live opinion column or standup comedy routine.

While I applaud anything that gets Tony "The Great" Cornholio off my TV on Monday nights, I've got the sinking feeling that I'll be turning my volume off yet again...I can't stand Chucky, although I really wish the Yucks still had him as a coach, because firing him made them a better team immediately.

I predict that 90% of his commentary will consist of the phrase: "They need more QBs on their roster."

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

Kornheiser was a pain in the butt. NEVER liked him. Gruden will be a great improvement.

I want Don Meredith back.
