I'm looking for an artist and collaborator to illustrate my children's books and young adult novels with the intent of self-publishing. As far as the business end goes, I'm willing to have a simple parnership contract drawn up and split all profits fairly. I'll also be attempting a unique model of digital and print delivery for the books.
I'm pretty disgusted with the publishing industry and I'm doing this for the love and joy of storytelling (and to generate some play money for GAS). But, who knows what will happen... I'm willing to follow this as far as it goes.
