Guess what tastes like pork.

today I couldnt find anything for lunch, so I threw together bread, cheese and avacado, with a litte salt and pepper, all grilled. cheese on top of coarse.

When I took a bite I got a weird supprise. I'm not really sure what to make of it, its like eating roast pork, but its avacodo and cheese.

I want to post in this thread purely because of the mention of avocado. Avocados are an incredibly amusing foodstuff to me.

Here's one of my personal favs:

1. Mix a can a potted meat with half mayonnaise.
2. Prepare & butter 2 slices of toast.
3. Spread the potted meat/mayo mix liberally on one slice.
4. Spread some humus on the other slice.
5. Slice a large piece of Colby cheese & insert in the middle.
6. Add some fresh cilantro to taste.
7. Pair this wonderful sandwich with a glass of room temperature to cold spicy hot V-8.

This lunch combo is FTW!

That's not potted meat, it's 'potted meat product'; for me, a notable distinction. Mind you, I'll eat the s**t(on rare occasion)but I think the point is worth mentioning. And avacadoes rock. Slice one open, sprinkle on some crushed red pepper & spoon it into your gaping maw. MMMmmmmm...

I hate avocado. Makes me wanna puke. But I heard that human tastes like pork. Not gonna try it though, primates gross me out.

avacados are great....i really like guacomole...

i could get a cupfull of chipotle guacamole and suck it through a straw by itself....so good!

oh I should probably expand. The slice of cheese was a slice of cheddar, not that plasticy cheese that doesnt change when its melted.
