Halloween is Bad, mmmkay

I hate Halloween. Not that I dont like dressing up in crazy outfits and the like. Or scaring the kiddies. Or looking at all the chicks in provocative evening wear. Its the candy. I've always had a major sweet tooth, and Halloween was great, its like, infinite candy for a whole month. But now Im trying to eat healthier, Ive been doing great cutting things like junk food, soda, caffeinated coffee, and the like from my diet, as well as eating food that is better for me. The problem is that said infinite candy is in abundance everywhere. This morning my coworker brought me a candy bag for helping her finish up a project yesterday, and I've been slwoly eating it all day without paying much attention. Now my tongue is sore. This candy is going to make me fat! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

In 2 hours my girls raked in almost 40 lbs of candy. 2 plastic grocery bags, full to the point of ripping. There weren't a lot of kids out last night, even though it was a beautiful 60 degree evening.

The only reason I get excited for Halloween are for the flavored Tootsie Rolls. Cherry and Lime are killer.

I took my son for his first trip trick-or-treating last night. After about half an hour, I decided that an entire plastic pumpkin full of candy was more than enough for a 2 year old. I ended up eating a bunch of the candy last night(mostly the stuff he can't have yet), and I'm hating myself for it today. My stomach's been killing me ever since about 5:30 this morning.

we had a lamb here for about a day or two and it just mysteriously vanished the day before halloween. all we've found of it is a bunch of wool behind our house, no other signs and no one has seen it running around or anything, i think some crazies used it for some rituals...or the dog ate it
