Happy Holidays to everyone. May you all enjoy whatever it is that you celebrate or don't celebrate.
May your tone be awsome and your bands be filled with harmony and fun. May we all enjoy playing music and celebrating life.

I like it ! I wonder how many things we can come up with to celebrate. Or better still celebrate and play music.

I'm getting on a plane early tomorrow morning with the girlfriend to spend Christmas with her family. Don't expect I'll be posting till I get back next Wednesday. Happy Holidays!

I was supposed to work today, but I took it off because I have a policy of not working on my birthday, and thus I have started my winter break a day early. Woke up to 20 mph offshore winds which carved out some great little barreling waves for my son and I, and now I have just cracked my first beer of the day. Cheers.

Happy Birthday and happy national MakiSupaStar day. Why didn't you tell me earlier? I could have taken the day off too.

I got to sit in gridlocked traffic for hours at a time every day and I STILL have presents to buy!

Happy birthday, Maki! While I should have KNOWN, the reminder was appreciated.

In our house, we celebrate the Solstice, and the bf, step-daughter and myself had our gift exchange this evening. Everyone is really pleased with their prezzies - but we all know there are way more important blessings to count, so we make sure to acknowledge that... Back to the material world for a sec, though: I got a pair of AKG headphones. Smokin' sound - the low end comes through brilliantly - and no bleed!!! I'm thinking I can probably use them while tracking my vox for our CD in January. Sweet!

Have a great holiday, everyone, whether you celebrate anything or not. Time off work is always a good thing! And may 2012 be a happy and prosperous year for us all!

Good score on the AKG's. Just got a pair myself to practice while my grandson is sleeping. They sound great!

Get up early...make coffee, slink off to the basement and play, practice and refine the bass skills.

For me, there's something about early morning practicing that really helps me to remember what I have worked on.
