I saw him years ago at a Mr. Big show. He gave me a pick, it said Pablo Gilberto on it. When me and my buddies are talking about someone who is full of themselves, we call them Pablo Gilberto.

During his dueling solo with Billy Sheehan where they used electric drills with picks on the end, Paul Gilbert got the drill caught in his hair and had to be helped off stage.
