I have to say that this would be possibly one of the greatest creations of mankind. I've been tossing around names, ex:
-Happynoj's Crafty Culinary Creations
-Happynoj's Sandwich Cart

But if there was anyone who liked the idea, they could make it and post. It wouldn't have to be tied down to one person at all. Although, being the originator of sorts, I think you'd be at least somewhat obligated to contribute every now and then
