I ask this because just tonight I called Tmobile to ask them a question about my bill I have been with them for 3 years and have always been able to talk to someone at any time. Now a recorded message comes on saying I have reached them after buisness hours. A couple weeks ago I called Xcel energy to ask them a question which again I have called at anytime of the day and the same thing, a message saying I have reached them after hours. Not that big adeal I guess. Has anyone else noticed this?
