Has anyone filed a Paypal claim against a TB'er?

Not against a TB'er but the ONLY time I didn't receive an item on eBay, paypal refunded my money within a week after I filed a claim... very happy with their service.

The thing is, Paypal has a pretty good system for dealing with Ebay disputes, but not much of a system at all for non-Ebay disputes. Fortunately I haven't had to deal with a non-Ebay dispute yet.

I've done this twice on eBay and both times Paypal ruled in my favor and I've yet to see a penny.

Never against a TBer.
