Has anyone had a dispute on ebay?

So I bought a cel phone for my wife on Jan 24 off of ebay. We were wondering just what was taking so long for it to arrive when I got a message from the seller stating I had not payed yet.

I paid that day and ebay, paypal and my debit card show the charges. I am assuming that it will be taken care of but I have never had an issue before so I am a bit concerned.

I did follow up on ebay and responde to the dispute stating that payment had been made.

Has anyone else dealt with this? What should I expect to happen?
