Every time i get out of the studio i figure out a better way to play a bassline. This time around I had a hard time with the ending of a song, i coudn't write anything I liked. Them bam, the next day i write an incredible line.
Not only that but I found that my old bassman 10 has a great tone that would have worked perfectly for a few of the songs. I prepared by testing out a ton of amps and basses and strings etc... I loved the tone I got on the recording but when I tried the old bassman I knew it would have been even better. Never satisfied
