Cause kool-aid has flavor. Specifically, 3 of them
Red
Orange
Purple.

If you buy a koolaid pack that isn't one of those, you're just fooling yourself.

Powdered mashed potatos. Eat a couple spoonfuls then drink a big glass of water. It will expand in your stomach and you'll be full all day.

Store brands! Stick with store brands! They're just as good as the name brands, but a lot cheaper. And Ramen noodles, don't forget those!

Ramen, tap water, and peanut butter. PB isn't cheap, but the protein is key.

$40/14= $2.86 per day.

Powdered Milk. Mixes up good enough with water. Old fashioned oatmeal is very good as well (keeps the bowels moving as well). Rice and beans combined provide nearly same breakdown as meet. Egg substitutes.

+1 on the peanut butter.

- Box of ramen, dozen eggs. Drop an egg in the ramen, so you get a little nutrition.

- Bread, cheap cheese, and some veggies. Make various grilled cheeses all day. I like tomato and broccolli.

- Hit the donut shop when they get rid of the stale ones, and have them for breakfast.

- Kool-Aid. It has vitamin C.

- Have a friend who works at a pizza place "accidentally" burn a pizza, and be there when they are about to get rid of it.

- Rice and beans. You can eat a lot for cheap.

Caviar and fine wine.

But seriously though, Ramen noodles.
Possibly the cheapest meal you can find at the supermarket.

OK, here's your Quantum Shrimp Cup Noodles. Quantum Shrimp, you ask? Well, I've never found any shrimp in the ones I've eaten, so I figure the manufacturer operates on the assumption that a shrimp can be anywhere at any time in the quantum universe. So they put a shrimp in the first cup they made, and it has a probability amplitude of being in your cup at the time you open it. See also Quantum Beef and Quantum Chicken Cup Noodles.

Do you have a 99 cent store nearby?

They actually have name brand food products there for only 99 cents.

You should keep bags of flour and some yeast around for situations like this. There is nothing better than thick, hot homemade bread.
