Matticus, I forgot to add that this year's convention is down your way! We'll be at the Hilton in April.

I'll even be giving a presentation on posturing in the new millenium and its implications for bouts of demonic possession.

This is mind numbingly boring. I am at this very moment sitting in a Hilton in London trying to get past the jet lag so that i can go attend boring meetings tomorrow. I do expect some vitriol and possibly even some venomous posturing during at least a few of the meetings. i was hoping that this weekend I could at least try some haggis with neeps and tateys, but the restaurant serving them by me is closed on weekends.

i am reading this thread in the hopes that i will get so board that i will go to sleep.

Oh, you think boredom is your ally, but you merely adopted boredom. I was born in it, molded by it.

I could suggest that we merge the boredom threads. I'm sure that whomever does it would find the task suitably boring. However, I find that trying to keep track of the boredom in two threads is monotonous. Monotony, for my money, certainly gives boredom a good run for its money. However, I could possibly venture into several more levels of tedium -- transatlantic flight in the middle seats of the middle rows in the economy seats section.

It twas only a young threaded soul, feasting off the nonsensical nonsense of which we created with our 'Gee, boards' for the masses to read in watery eyes of utter boredom. Now that it is gone, I feel as if I need another outlet to spout my mundane thoughts about hammers and other boring subjects. Perhaps a stave two might be in order at the drive through? But no... we mustn't be too speedy with such delicate matters. Resurrecting a new thread to fill in the cyber shoes of another right after the latter has past is a sign of disrespect. As if we had forgotten all about the very matter of which this thread was made in honor of. But, in all honesty, I'm just here for the toiletry tips.

I read it when it opened and never since, until today. I see it has a really really boring ending. Thanks for nothing.

Methinks he is a member of the "interesting elite" and his fear of we, the boring masses, moved his hand to squelch the message of the true freedom from mental enslavement that leading a mundane life brings.
