During the last 3 weeks of a school semester, I usually lose 5-10 pounds (gained back shortly after in celebration beers  ). |

In the months leading up to the surgery I was so stressed out about it that it most definitely took a toll on my appearance. Everyone was telling me how tired I looked and how gaunt etc.
Now post surgery I'm back on track, exercising and feeling and looking a lot better.
