Hello again Talkbass!

How's it going? I finally got out of basic and I am officially an airman in the USAF. I'm going to school to be an Air Traffic Controller.

So what's been going on in the last 2 months bass wise? Was it finally decided tha a Jazz bass is better than a P? And what are these SX basses I'm hearing of?

It was determined that Fender is over rated, Sadowsky are over priced, and a letter from Jaco was discovered stating he actually needed 5 strings but couldn't afford it. Also, the soundmen were correct, we only need a DI and a big rig on stage is a waste of money, time, and effort. Oh yeah, and the weight of a bass is irrelevant. Welcome back.

Well congrats there! Good job!

What's been going on in the past two months? Well I returned to TB after a few months absence (yea yeah big deall..pfff), KeithBMI got several of us laid, Mark Latimour still maintains that he's not leaving TB, and a few select threads had so many title changes and mood swings that it have given us whiplash. Utter than that, it's bidness as usual.

Don't bring your kids to your ATC job & let them talk over the air.

I got a 6 string and traded my Valenti. Plus, I lost 18 lbs. I'm still a fatty but not as fat of a fatty as 2 months ago.

I'll be certified tower and radar, it just depends where I'm stationed after this. Some places are tower only.
