i figured it's about time we dedicate a thread to my good friend Johnny Boy (J_M5). I figure instead of reading hundred more of Johnny Boy's threads about women, basically all of which he's in the friends zone or ends up in the friends zone, we should try and help him realize that he's MOST LIKELY already in the friends zone. so feel free to give you're tips on how he can avoid getting in the friends zone, and most importantly, realize when he's already in the friends zone.

a general tip for living: just because a chick is nice to you, doesn't mean she wants to date you.

a general tip for getting OUT of the friends zone: tell the chick that you don't want to be her friend, but you want to be more than friends (aka - honesty). sure, there's a good chance it won't work out, but screw it, why go through having to see her go out with other guys while you're just the friend she talks to about it.

please contribute so we don't have a full page of Jonathon_Mathos5 friends zone relationship threads covering the first page of OT instead of our beloved MM topics. Thank you.

Also, make sure you know if your going out with them as in a date, or as in drinking with a buddy, things can get blurry there.....

im in the awkwardness zone most of the time on that diagram

that can be really annoying one day buddies the next flirting and her teasing and then silence for a week makes me wanna go postal.
