please. I keep trying to find a site thats totally free but theres always the fine print: "Will charge 9.99 a month to your bill"

I know theres sites out there that do it totally free. I just cant find them. Please help.

the cool thing about this site is you can upload any song you want, and cut out what section of it you want to use as a ringtone. I used to make a bunch, but now I cant access the site from work...

I create my own ringtones using just an audio editor for cutting, joining and/or mixing the sections I want. If you don't have an audio editor, you can download Audacity, which is completely free.
