OK. So I'm using Windows Vista. When I open email attached documents it automatically opens them in Wordpad instead of Word. So I get a bunch of heiroglyphics and whatnot. How do I get it to open in Word automatically? I know there's better websites for this, but they don't speak my language (I don't like computers). |

You will probably have to do that with a document already on you PC. |

If I click on properties, there's nothing to change either. I tried with a document already on my PC, but no luck there either. |

But I still can't find a way to open things using Works Word Processor.
Does that help? |

Does that help? | I've not used Works in years, so I'm not even sure if it'll open a Word document. Looks like you'll have to purchase Word/Office, or download the free OpenOffice as a substitute.
