Question Help printing CD jewel case inserts

Sign in to disble this ad
Sorry...this is going to be a long post. Thanks for reading.

I'm using Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker v3.33

I'm printing CD labels and jewel case inserts. I'm 98% done with this project so it's too late to try to tell me, "Don't print CD labels use LightScribe and burn the...blah, blah, blah..." I'm not set up for that and I'm not changing it now, etc. If that was going to be your suggestion, thanks for the thought but it won't work for me now.

So! That said, I was wondering if any of you have experience with this and can help me. I haven't found the help I want on the internet yet so I thought I'd drop another hook in the water and see if any of you DIY home recording types can help me.

I'm using Memorex sheets and Memorex templates for them. When I first set the project up, it would print the front and back jewel case inserts on one sheet (as the Memorex sheets are designed for). My printer is crap so I actually had to use CutePDF writer to make this into a PDF file. My home printer is no good for this work so I'm taking it to FedEx/Kinko's to get them printed in photo quality (Kinko's requested the files in PDF). When I first "printed" the set to PDF and took it to Kinko's both front & back images were on one sheet and all was well with the world. The back sheet needed adjustment because the image was larger than the template (the image didn't fit the jewel case insert--I needed to shrink it a bit). OK, done.
But now when I go to print my jewel case front and the back inserts, they want to print on separate sheets and not on one sheet like before. I have all the print settings the same as far as I can tell.

What the heck did I do?
What can I do to get these back on one sheet?

I'm trying to get a few of these CDs out ASAP because I want to get them to the local radio stations. I was nearly done with the project and...

Anyone experienced with Acoustica Label Maker 3.33?
