I personally find it to be surprisingly amazing!
It's groovy, busy (but not in a bad way), fits the song well and gives it that bounce and energy that I find is *sorely* lacking from other people's covers of his rendition of this tune.
What say you? |

What I'd really like to know is what other songs Hendrix played bass on. I have even thought of posting a topic on that. That would be interesting to know. |

| | | | Wonder if there are covers of this rendition with a bassist who emulates Hendrix' bass playing. I have yet to see one.
Rocker949, according to Wikipedia, Hendrix played bass on "the bass solo parts on "1983.""
Whatever that means. lol! |

Absolutely gorgeous, with huge flotation devices. The first thing I thought was "holy cow!" The second thing I thought was, "I think Maki would enjoy this."
I tried to get a pic, but bank security wasn't having it

It just doesn't seem like something Noel would come up with.
