Ran into this a bit by accident. Like bass players, I noted
some of the guys sigged their gear and whatnot.

Now I know where to find the 'parts' if I need them.

Where to find the parts you need.

I've typed witty remarks. I've deleted witty remarks. I've repeated this process repeatedly only to realize I really got nothing.

And they likely look at this forum and think "Hah! Can you believe there are people that discuss bass guitar all day? I mean, of all things, bass guitar!"

I was actually going through our data base at work and
there was an entry for Moyer-Mitchell. This is what Google
gave up as info on them.

I have been in the food biz my whole life. I never realized you
could buy a 40lb flat of necks. Tie the neck to a line. Drop in
the salt water. Pull it up with crab on it who has grabbed on to it
and won't let go.

Schweet!

Once I typed *basstalk* rather than talkbass; apparently there's this fish called a bass, and people catch them, cook & eat them, I suppose, and chat online about it all. Weird...

Always such an empty feeling...

For better or for worse, I realized I've got nothing for this one before I even begun an attempt at a witty response.

There's very few sights in nature as rare and graceful as a crab leaping from the sea to catch a wild turkey by the neck mid-flight.

Typing witty remarks about catching the crabs just hits a little too close to home?
