So Im trying to sell my EBMM Sub here ... been trying to for awhile now. Finally got a good offer on it, but its from a person in Norway. This TB user has only one post on here and its in my for sale ad for the Sub. He is offering the full price Im asking plus the total of the shipping. Now he is new here, but he emailed me a link to another music forum where he has been active. He is offering to pay via paypal so that sounds all good.

My worries is of course shipping out to a foreign country and then the person filing a complaint to Paypal and getting their money back and me being out the instrument and the money ...

What do you all think? Has anyone done a deal here in the states to another country, or vice-versa? USPS seems to be the only real affordable way to ship; but Im wondering what, if any, kind of recourse I would have should that person file a complaint ... etc ...

Any advice would be nice.

Personally, I'm not selling anything high value with PayPal any more unless the buyer is a friend - too many chargeback stories.

International Money Order is the way to go if you ask me.

Hey, if he offered to pay for shipping, tell him you'll ship it on your own terms; something you can track and maybe even get signature confirmation on?
I'd also tell him you much prefer international money order, but if he "must" then you'll do non-CC, non-eCheck PayPal only.
