Same here. I've worked in several delis though so I'm a bit embarrassed that I didn't get the Cuban or the Hot Brown.

9/10...but I had a few lucky guesses!

Speaking of sandwiches, I hate New York Delis...they put way to much meat on the sandwich. It's like a cow between two saltines! When I go to New York delis, it goes like this;

Deli person: "Would you like anything else?"

Me: "Yeah...a loaf of bread and some other people!"

You can never have too much meat on a sandwich.

Thank you Mitch Hedberg....

I got 9/10...missed the last one. Never had one. Must. have. And I agree. I too love sammiches. it's really the perfect food, barre none. easy to eat, and no cleanup / dishes.

10/10, I've eaten all except the last one, but I guessed correctly between two possible names, so I'll say 9.5/10.

7/10... a few caught me off guard.

Never heard of a Shawarma, but knew it wasn't a Falafel or a Fajita, so it was a guess out of the remaining answers.

The Dagwood, I remembered after reading the description... unfortunately I guessed something else.

Never had a Hot Brown either.

I'm only slightly ashamed.

Shawarma is not a sandwich at all, so not that strange. It's also known as kebab (kabob). The difference being that shawarma uses lamb while kebab got cow meat. Hugely popular fast food dish over here.

I got 5 to 6 of 10. Which is better than I'd have thought.

In the states a kebab tends to be meat and vegetables on a stick grilled over an open flame. Like this:
