Obviously they say everyone looks like someone. Usually a celebrity, or a friend they mistake you for. When you work retail, you really tend to hear it a lot (think 7+ times per day). Over the years, this can get REALLY annoying. Especially when they start dragging their friends over to show them and weigh in on it.
So... in that regards what famous people have people said you've looked like over the course of the last 10 years. Please also state the frequency that this occurs, and how annoying you think it is. I'll start off.
Kevin Smith- Very Frequent- Highly Annoying
Robert Downey Jr.- Very Frequent- Extremely Annoying
The last time this happened, I was shopping in kmart for a vacuum cleaner belt. An employee runs up to me and says I look like RDJ, and proceeds to grab 2 other employees to back them up with their comment.
Who else hears stuff like this so often that they get a terminal case of 'leave me the hell alone'? Chime in and don't forget the format.

I get a lot of them, and I'll go by eras
As a Kid, it was Jamie Foxx (a tad annoying) and, when they wanted to be especially mean....Dkembe Mutombo. That one kinda ticked me off
Late teens/early twenties, it was 50 Cent. Guaranteed to happen at least twice a day. Really, really got old fast.
Nowadays, it's Mike Tyson, Big Boi of Outkast, and that actor from Major League that does the Allstate insurance commercials. All three are pretty funny to me, but once in a while people will just decide to go on a streak of a week or two straight telling me to say "ludicrous" or "Stankonia" or "**** you, Joboo." Those times...yeah, it gets quite irritating.

And someone told me John Turner looked like Donna Reed in her prime. That's hot.

Also, when I go for the goatee, shaved scalp, and cargo shorts, I look exactly like a stereotypical hardcore bassist. People say "hey, aren't you..." and then they stop because I reminded them of a stereotype, not a specific person. So you can see, I actually prefer being called a garden gnome. |

I get Edward ALOT, it gets pretty annoying and honestly I don't really see it. I've been told its the hair. I hope you don't mind that I couldn't find a decent pic showing it without my girlfriend being in it .
