You might also try the Grilled Cheese Bacon Thickburger from Hardee's (or Carl's Jr in the western US):

4 slices of American, 4 slices of Swiss, mayo, bacon, beef... how can you go wrong?

Don't forget your side of bacon cheddar french fries!

Add a small Diet Coke and watch the pounds melt away!

Hey, for those who torn a muscle, how long does swelling usually last?

Torn muscles suck, torn tendons are worse

Good luck and start swimming

I tore my achillies tendon a couple years back, was able to walk after a few months, but I still had a hobble for about 9 months or so. Ankle still doesnt feel right, but, it doesnt give me any problems anymore. Thankfully it wasn't a complete tear/rupture!

Have to agree with Vorago, swimming would help.

You have maybe just overdone yourself a bit?

hoar·y   /ˈhɔri, ˈhoʊri/ [hawr-ee, hohr-ee]

–adjective, hoar·i·er, hoar·i·est.

1. gray or white with age: an old dog with a hoary muzzle.

2. ancient or venerable: hoary myths.

3. tedious from familiarity; stale: Please don't tell that hoary joke at dinner again tonight.

Better than a complete rupture. If you ever lived one, you know why in French it's called a claquage.

Haha. We're laughing at you not with you.

Seriously though that blows. Crutches make the world an angry bitter place.

My reaction perzackly.

But - sorry about the injury, and I hope it's not serious. Just try to keep the meals small. I've been eating about half the normal amount and I'm down 11 pounds in 8 weeks, which is a rate of loss I'm happy with.

Not to be a jerk, but it took you half a year to drop 40 pounds?

I dropped from 210 to 173 in a little more than half that time by cutting out junk food, eating less red meat, and getting more exercise.

Good for you, especially if you keep it off. Slow weight loss gives people time to modify their eating habits, and long-term success is based on changing your eating habits permanently.

I've kept it off thus far, and I really don't miss the food like I thought I would. Do I still eat junk every once in a while?

Sure, but I don't eat gargantuan MEALS of it. Another thing which change (slowly) was quantity. I can't eat as much as I used to, because I feel full sooner. The only thing I can still eat en masse: yabbies.
