Well my grandma was drinkin a bit while I was visiting. I think she missed a step going up the stairs going to bed and she fell and bit her lip bad and busted her eyebrow. We called 911 and the peeps came and decided that she could just take her to an emergency clinic down the road. They just left and I'm waiting here at her house waiting for my mom to pick me up. This sucks.

No sir... she gets a bit tipsy at times and has fallen before but nothing like this. She likes white wine a bit too much, I think.

You stained your brother's tie and your grandma fell down the stairs and went to the hospital all in one night? You should probably call it a day before anything else happens.

Redundancy, it's got its own department.

P.S. I hope your grandmother isn't seriously injured.

Tell your grandma that if she stops drinking mouthwash she'll have fewer accidents.

As folks who consume beverage alcohol (I was one of them) age, they drink like they're still young--but no longer are...

It might be an idea to tactfully help your grandmother negotiate stairs etc in the future.

I'd expect at one point she looked after you. Now it's your turn.

Hope she's ok.

I was worried you were going to say she bust her hip or something, that wouldn't have been good!

Reminds me of a few years back, was my bud's 21st birthday. So pile of family and mates were round at his. His ~75 yr old gran had a couple, got tipsy and started coming onto one of the other guys there. Was pretty funny

(damn I was jealous )

I used to drink Campari in the outhouse with my Grandmother. A good projectile vomit and you'd end up all ****faced.

How is she today?
