I've read the books and loved every single one, but showtime took a different direction & that's probably why I've been hating "I have emotions" Dexter. This season sounds interesting though. So, I need to catch up. |

Last night was good. The whole thing with Libby is the part that has me on edge, even more so than the Jordan Chase thing at times... |

you never want to snub the die-hard book fans, but there are many elements of the books that you just cant do on a tv show. (also, does anyone think they should have shown the brutality of sgt dokes? i mean, friggin, cmon... that was just BRUTAL in the books).
if you hate season 5, just remember its dexter, and that its amazing. watch it. julia styles acts circles around julie benz. she is just so ****ing good.
TWO MORE! HERES TO A PANTS CRAPPINGLY GOOD FINALE! |

What if Dexter had let Trinity kill himself, or killed him earlier,...what if Rita hadn't gone back to the house to get her,..passport/whatever she forgot (dumb b****). But I guess it's all setup for season 5 however (I'm somewhat appraised of the situation thanks to wiki). Quote:

also... i mean, how long can he kep it from deb? she killed without remorse... umm... common talking point anyone? if they do or do not do a 6th season, i wont be surprised either way. i just dont see him and lumen bonin after stabbing and vutting up corpses. its just... odd... |

This season is hard for me to watch because of the rape and torture. I have an extremely hard time with it.
And it bugs me that the audio from the DVDs do not properly represent how horrible the whole thing was. |
