I'm moving this weekend so I've purposely made sure I don't currently have gallons of brew sitting around. But when I get settled into my new place, I'm going to make a batch of Irish red ale followed by a raspberry mead.
I do have a few cases in bottles of my latest batch of
Old Moneygrubber that are just now reaching peak drinkability after a year in the bottle. It's from a 5 gallon batch of barleywine made with 12 lbs of malted barley plus 7 lbs of extract syrup plus 6 lbs of red and black berries and mulberries.
It's a beautiful ruby red and is about 14% alcohol.
