There's a homeless guy who hangs out by the freeway in Columbus, OH named Ted, who was once an aspiring radio announcer until he made some bad choices.
Hopefully, he straightens his life out and gets a chance somewhere. He's got a great radio voice.

That used to be the exit I'd take off I-71 when I lived in C-bus. Never saw anybody with a voice like that, though!
