I'll start out. The ending of 24

Side Note: I had a meeting with the man card violation committee and they said they would waiver man card violations for this thread.

Futurama - when Fry finds his fossilized dog that they were going to clone. The flashback at the end when the dog is waiting for years at the pizza shop for Fry to get back from his delivery to the cryogenic lab.

The only show that I can recall is the last episode of Band of Brothers when the real-life veterans are tearing up in their final interview segments.

bc

EDIT: Check that - I remember when I was like 6 years old and I cried for this homeless retarded kid on Highway to Heaven.

Haven't seen that episode but just reading about it got me close to tearing up. Aren't dogs the best?

No shows have made me tear up but those comericals with the sad music all the the animals always makes me very sad. I have to change the channel.

The last movie where I almost teared up a little was Inception when the rich guy is with his dying dad at the end.

Yea... I know I'm a loser...

Edit: Where The Wild Things are was such a sad movie! Not at all what I expected. It was good though.

That recent episode of Doctor Who where the Doctor brought Van Gogh to the present day to show him how highly regarded he became after his death. I was in bits.

The B52's at Radio City Music Hall in 1988.
Oh, wait - TV shows. Hmmmm - nothing comes to mind except possibly the occasional election result broadcast.

Several episodes of Dr Who have done it to me. The one called "The Girl in the Fireplace", and the one where the Doctor has to leave Sarah Jane behind come to mind.

This and the episode where Fry thinks his brother stole his name and did all these great things but you find out it was really Fry's nephew because his brother missed him that much.

I just watched the third and fourth Futurama movies for the first time last night. So glad the show is back on the air.

Little House on the Prairie always did it for me. I could never make it through an episode without tearing up.

To be fair, nearly every episode involved someone dying, going blind, going broke, or being caught in a blizzard.

Very true, but they were still tear-jerkers.

Yeah, the really sweet and meaningful futuramas are honestly in my opinion some of the greatest sweetest and tearjerking bits of aniation ive ever seen. Theyre executed so incredibly well. Just watched the 100th episode/latest season finale, it was great.
I Love futurama haha
