Well, this is the worst thing I've heard in quite a while.
24 years without ever seeing daylight according to the radio report I heard this morning.
How do people get that disturbed? |

Was there not a similar story just a year or so ago? Granted the girl hadnt been kept captive in a cellar for as long as 24 years tho!
Just . . . wow, I bet the poor woman will never be able to fit in socially after that, I hope she isnt too mentally detached from the world after an experience like that

OK, I would put him, naked, in a room with no doors and no windows. One bare lightbulb in the ceiling. In the center of the ceiling is a quarter-inch-diameter tube coming in from above. He would be given enough food and water to survive. There would be a low-fidelity speaker in the ceiling behind a protective grate playing Richard Harris's "MacArthur Park" 24 hours a day. Oh yeah, the quarter-inch tube? Every ten minutes, a very hungry tick would be dropped into the room.

But I couldnt be left to deal a punishment to someone like that, It would be over way too soon. I wouldnt have the patience to give him the punishment he truely deserves.
So i'd go with the idea of the box, no windows or doors. ( +1 on no light).
Feed him with moldy bread and urine
The speaker could always be used to play a constant drone in the background.

How is that sexist? Youre taking something from him that he cherishes-and mis-uses. So in his case it would be a huge punishment. The punishment needs to fit the crime.
Obviously, not having a penis is no big thing to someone who never had one.
