Yep, just went to the store and got some Apple Cider, then I got me some Cinnamon Schnapps. I'm gonna brew up some nice Hot Apple Cider tonight, and have a nice glass.

Anyone else enjoy this? Got any better recipes?

Hi sounds nice. I have got 4 liters of medium Somerset cider. I ordered spice packs aswell so i can have nice warm cider. For Christmas. Nothing better in the winter.

I usually buy the Apple Cider from pathmark and buy Brandy or Hennessey(I usually buy Privilege). I also get the stick cinnamon.

Get a sauce pan put the liquor in it and heat it up to boil out some of the alcohol, toss in the cinnamon, when it starts getting steamy, add the apple cider. Keep adding apple cider till it has the desired alcohol content. You should do all of this at a low-medium heat. Stir occasionally after you add the cider. Keep doing that till its hot.

Get some cups, put a cinnamon stick in each, a pour.

yeah, it was 80 degrees this afternoon here in austin. I was at an outdoor show last night and was sweating like crazy. We get 2 or 3 days of cold, followed by a few days of mild, then a few days of warm. Repeat ad nauseum between late october and early march.

I think im going to brew up some later today. Apparently it hit -40 celcius overnight with the windchill. Which from googling, means it was -40 farenheit.

Anyone have some good recipies that i should look at?
