So I was backing into the parking spot beside my yard and I managed to scrape the front right side of the car against the white fence that runs along the little dirt lot. Now there is a bunch of white paint stuck on the car.
How the heck do I get this off?

I personally wouldn't try to scrape it if this is Your first attempt, I'd use (and have used) a restoration wax or if the white paint is really hard, a fine rubbing compound.
Regards

I've done this in the past with pretty good results. No chemicals, no fumes, no power-polishing or buffing. Just lots of patience and elbow grease. |

Sam | +1 to not scraping! You could take the clear coat off, and that's a bad thing.
Try a rubbing compound or cleaner wax as suggested by others (Meguiar's would be my choice). If you can use a buffing wheel, that will save you some sore arms. |

polishing compound + buffing wheel
| WHAT?!?
This person ran a car into a fence and yet you still think said person might actually be capable of properly manipulating a buffing wheel?!?
Man... you are SO cruel!! ...I like that in a person! |

Besides what I suggested earlier, Goo Gone or the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser should do the trick

If you compounding itself won't work, you will have to wetsand with 1000, then compound..
Be careful not to burn the paint.
Use a squeegee to inspect the paint while sanding.
That's how a body shop would do it.
You can also wax it afterwards

How bout a cherry bomb exhaust for old school sound.
